Ok, let's eat!... and learn how to cook fine French dishes!

We have a fun class planned with this one! Come join us at Bistro Bistro for a 3 hour demonstration on French cooking. Learn the intricacies in the preparation of fine French cuisine, and how to cook world class dishes using varied ingredients and simple techniques.

We are privileged to have the owner and chef Jamal Bouzid, a chef and restaurateur for over 16 years, take us through the culinary exploration of French cuisine.

Not only that:

• We will have 4 "rounds" of cooking, where each round demonstrates the preparation and cooking of a different dish.
  
• We'll each get to enjoy and eat ALL the dishes we just learned and demonstrated to us!
  
• We'll each receive copies of the recipes, detailing the preparation of the dishes demonstrated to us
  
• We'll all receive a $15 gift certificate to Bistro Bistro!

With over 16 years direct experience as a chef and restaurateur, Chef Bouzid has created highly regarded specialty dishes that not only please the palates of everyday restaurant patrons, but also draw the most discerning restaurant goers, at well known and popular restaurants such as Odeon Cafe, Marrakesh Palace, and Paper Moon. Currently operating his own restaurant, Bistro Bistro, he offers a specialized selection of French and Mediterranean dishes that keep both locals and visitors returning.

We've got an early bird special for this event of $40! The first 40 paid sign-ups, or those who pay before Sunday, July 18th (whichever comes first) get the early bird price! After that, the ticket price will go to $50. We have a LIMITED number of spots so make sure to RSVP early and make payment to get the early bird price!

P.S. Please know this is a DEMONSTRATION cooking class, rather than a "hands-on" class (which is much more expensive). Also, wine and drinks are not included in the ticket price, so you will need to purchase on your own.

Closest Metro is Dupont Circle (Red Line), I suggest metro / cabbing it (esp. during rush hour). I also recommend using wmata for travel plans.
