Mangiare bene e'un piacere della vita! To eat well is one of life's pleasures! So we will be enjoying one of life's pleasures as we learn to create an edible masterpiece while sipping on wine... another one of life's pleasures!
Our chefs/instructors will be owner Jamal Bouzod and his partner Ben. We will have 4 "rounds" of cooking, where each round demonstrates the preparation and cooking of a different dish. At the end of each round, you get to eat the dish you just learned to make!
Further, each person who attends will receive a $25 gift certificate to Bistro Bistro!
Please know this is a DEMONSTRATION cooking class, rather than a "hands-on" class (which is much more expensive). You'll be provided with handouts detailing the preparation of the dishes Jamal will be cooking.
The menu for the afternoon will be:
From now until Sunday, September 13th this event is only $40. After that, the ticket price will go to $50. We have a LIMITED number of spots so make sure to RSVP early and get the early bird price!

Closest Metro is Dupont Circle (Red line). I suggest metro'ing it by using wmata for travel plans.
